Please note that for check-in from Monday to Saturday from 13:00 to 20:00, key collection takes place at My Casa, 109 Promenade des Anglais, Nice. Please contact the property 1 hour before check-in.

For check-in on Sunday or after 20:00, please go directly to the apartment. A mandatory EUR 20 check-in fee will apply for check-in at the apartment.

Please note that before departure, guests must wash the dishes and take out the rubbish.

Please note that luggage storage is possible off site, subject to availability. Prices for luggage storage start at EUR 5.

Please note that for guests wishing to park their car in a secure car park, secure public car parks are available upon reservation around Nice for variable charges. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Villa 300 sqm on Fabron hill with pool in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
